The Discovery Journal is a refillable journal that is designed from lived experience with severe anxiety disorder and OCD and with the collaboration of local and national charities. The journals are distributed to charities as well as through e-commerce platforms. The range of journals is growing and includes anxiety journals for adults, teenagers, and ASD users, and a journal for friends and family living with addiction will be launched in the summer. The refillable binders are available in poly plastic and faux leather and are budget-dependent. Any journal insert can be placed inside making them cost effective and customisable.
