Hill & Vale has been creating single-origin spices and authentic blends since 2020 with the singular purpose of improving our food system.  Having worked with flavour and seen firsthand the impact it can have on us all as consumers, the idea for a new business started to become clearer. 

Following three trips to spice farms in India, Spain & the UK and inspired by the landscapes and environments where spices are grown, Hill & Vale was born.
