This year the local Angelfish restaurant team is bringing their unique take on fresh gluten-free fish and chips to the market alongside other gluten-free,dairy-free,, and vegan options such as falafels, and vegetable tempura with salsa. For those with a sweet tooth, they also have banana/apple fritters with cinnamon sugar, golden syrup, or chocolate along with festive drinks of mulled wine, cider & gin.

They use locally produced rapeseed oil to cook with and local cider for our batter and mulled cider as part of our commitment to sourcing, supporting & using local produce.
