Set amidst the rolling Mendip Hills, Aldwick Estate is a family-run vineyard producing award winning English still and sparkling wines. Located between Bristol and Bath and at 11 acres of vines, Aldwick is Somerset’s largest vineyard and, as well as growing their own grapes, they also offer vineyard tours. Grapes are hand picked every September and October and pressed by wine maker Steve Brooksbank to create a range of red, white, rosé and sparkling wines. With the first vines planted in 2008, six varieties of grape are grown at Aldwick Estate; Pinot Noir, Seyval, Bacchus, Madeline Angevine, Solaris and Regent.
