Bath Christmas Market has closed its chalets for another year. Thank you to all of our staff, stallholders and visitors for making this year so special.

OF COURSE we had to mention this, it is our event after all… Bath Christmas Market is back after a two-year hiatus, and we’re thrilled to be lining the streets of Bath City Centre with over 170 stunning chalets. Meander through the scenic streets of Bath with a mulled wine in hand, and get your Christmas shopping from artisan makers from the South West and beyond.

  1. Bath on Ice

Looking to really get into the festive spirit? Look no further than Bath on Ice. The city’s resident rink returns this year until 3rd January alongside its Alpine Lodge. This is a great place to retreat after you’ve done your shopping fix for a bit of fun and a cosy bite to eat. Ice skating not your cup of tea? They also have Glow in the Dark mini golf.

  1. Welcome to a Winter Wonderland at Milsom Place 

Visit Milsom Place and feast your eyes upon a magical winter woodland scene, capturing the essence of this wonderful time of the year. A celebration of the majestic beauty of the natural world in the heart of the city, this wondrous diorama created by Planet Gold Decor exclusively for Milsom Place takes viewers into a dazzling polar landscape illuminated to enchant all ages. All the elements of this enchanting display are hand cut from birch ply, individually finished and painted – how many polar animals can you find?

Transport yourself to a magical world of light at the American Museum. Wander round the after-dark adventure and take a tour of one of Bath’s most beautiful gardens. This impressive display isn’t one to miss!

Come to 1 Abbeygate Street where the Share and Repair elves have joined the upcycling revolution! Bring along your old toys and our Elf-O-Matic machine will hand out an upcycled one! We’ve also heard that Father Christmas might be making an appearance too…
